How much does a website cost?
Launch packages start from From $350 AUD for a one page website, From $650 AUD for up to 5 pages and From $1,000 AUD for up to 8 pages. Your final quote depends on your requirements.
What do I need to provide?
Your business information, services, contact details, logo and available photos. Additional content creation can be quoted separately.
Will my website work on phones?
Yes. Every package includes responsive layouts for phones, tablets and desktops.
Is SEO included?
Basic SEO setup is included. More detailed ongoing SEO work is quoted separately.
Can you connect my domain?
Yes. Domain connection and launch assistance are included. Domain purchase and renewal costs are separate.
Are hosting costs included?
Hosting is separate unless specifically included in your written quote. Any recurring costs will be explained before you proceed.
Can I request changes?
Two rounds of revisions are included within the agreed scope. Additional changes can be quoted separately.
Can I update the website myself?
Editing options depend on how the website is built. Let us know before quoting if you need a dashboard or content management system.
Do you build online stores?
Yes. Online stores are quoted separately according to products, checkout, shipping and other requirements.
How does payment work?
A 50% upfront payment is required to begin, with the remaining 50% due before launch.
How long will it take?
A timeframe is agreed after reviewing the project scope and available content.
Can I add a chatbox to an existing website?
Yes. FAQ and AI chatboxes can be installed on one compatible existing website after compatibility is checked before quoting.
How much does an FAQ chatbox cost?
FAQ Chatbox setup is From $150 AUD. It includes prepared answers, quick replies and testing. Uses prepared answers. Questions outside its supported topics are directed to your contact options.
How much does an AI chatbox cost?
AI Chatbox setup is From $500 AUD plus separate ongoing AI provider, platform and usage costs. Where practical, customers use their own provider account and pay usage costs directly. AI provider, platform and usage fees are separate. AI can make mistakes, so important information should be confirmed with the business.
Is chatbox maintenance available?
FAQ Maintenance is $25 AUD/month for up to 30 minutes of faq or button updates monthly. AI Maintenance is $50 AUD/month for Up to one hour of business-information updates, instruction changes and response checks monthly. Provider and usage fees are excluded. Maintenance is optional, unused time does not roll over, additional work is quoted separately, and there is no continuous monitoring or 24/7 support or automatic subscription/payment collection.
Are bookings or other chatbox integrations included?
Booking, order lookup, CRM, live human chat and custom integrations are quoted separately after requirements and website compatibility are reviewed.
Can an AI chatbox make mistakes?
AI provider, platform and usage fees are separate. AI can make mistakes, so important information should be confirmed with the business.
